Having been a COO for the last ten years, licensed in real estate, and having managed operations, accounting, property management, marketing, and construction divisions over the last 40 years (yes, I’m dating myself!), I decided that I really wanted to “give back” and provide a service that is both meaningful and attainable for small businesses.

The diversity of my experience and skill set, along with entrepreneurial vision, has given me the ability to assess a small business from all angles - allowing me to be more targeted in helping identify problems and solutions - whether they be big picture or a piece of the puzzle.

Much of my free time is spent gardening, dancing and enjoying my five children. Gardening has been both a passion and a wonderful teacher of life lessons, thus my approach with Eylim to utilize the theme of gardening as an educational context for small businesses. I hope you enjoy!
